Right on time with everyone’s Father’s Day celebrations, Camila Cabello released a new music video for her single, “First Man,” and it’s definitely a tear-jerker.

The music video features home videos from Cabello’s childhood and clips of her and her father throughout the ages. We also get the perspective of present-day Camila and her father watching the home videos on a small TV screen.

As the former Fifth Harmony member sweetly sings out, “you were the first man who really loved me,” images of the father-daughter duo hugging, singing, and playing float gently across our screens.

On Instagram, Camila shared a clip of the video and thanked her father for his constant unconditional love. She explains that the video is dedicated to her dad and thanks him for “showing me what love is and for showing me how to be loved.”

The song comes off of Cabello’s 2019 album, Romance“First Man” is the final track on the album and leaves its listeners full of happy tears. The new music video is a perfect visual representation of unwavering love.

In her Father’s Day post Camila concludes, “te amo mucho papa, thank you for being my hero, happy Father’s Day.”
